Dragon Theater Cookbook

Make your party extra special with some of our favorite recipes!
Try some of these tasty ideas.
Flaming Dragon Dinner
Ingredients:
1 cup of all purpose flur
1/4 tablespoon Salt
1/3 cup of butter (softened)
6 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
1 egg (Save the shell)
1 tablespoon water
1/2 pound of ham (thin slices)
1/2 cup of your favorite cheese (Cut into chunks)
12 almond slivers
1/8 teaspoon of lemon extract
1/8 teaspoon of sugar
2 red hots for eyes

1: Mix flour and salt into bowl.
2: Add butter and cream cheese.
3: Mix well and press togeather into a firm ball.
4: Refridgurate for 20 min.
5: Preheat oben to 400 degrees.
6: Put egg into small bowl, add water and beat well.
7: Take tough out of refrigerator and roll out flat.
8: Use about 1/4 of the dowugh to make bottom part of body.
9: Brush bottom part of body with egg.
10: Stack half of the ham in the middle of the dragon's body (Leave room on sides).
11: Place cheese on top of ham.
12: Stack remaining ham on top of cheese.
13: Cut about 1/4 of the dough and place on top of ham and press both togeather with fork
and cut off excess.
14: Make tail and attach to body.
15: Make fout legs and attach to body and almonds for claws and spikes.
16: Make two small wings and attach to body.
17: Make a head by sculpting dough. Use Eggshell as theinside of the mouth.
18: Attach two ball shapes out of dough and place red hots in them as eyes
19: Take scissors and make little cuts along the dragon's tail and back.
20: Brush dragon with egg.
21: Bake at 400 degrees for 45-40 min.
22: Remove from oven and put sugar and lemon extract into dragon's mouth and have an
adult light the flame!

Candy Dragon Tails
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1-10 oz. pkg. marshmallows
1 tsp. green food coloring
6 cups corn flakes
Candies, for decorating spikes on tails

Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows and melt until soupy. Remove
from heat and add food coloring. Stir in corn flakes that have been slightly crushed. Spray a
1/4 c. measuring cup and press cornflake mixture in it. Turn out onto wax paper. Continue
with the rest. There should be 16. Using buttered hands press a thumb in the center and begin
to shape the balls into dragon tail shapes. Immediately put the candy on them (after you wash
your hands!). If they don't want to stick, try "glueing" them on with a dot of peanut butter or
melted chocolate

Ice Cream Princesses And Knights
Ingredients:
3 pints of Ice Cream (Your Favorite flavors)
12 sugar cones (Use cones for Princesses, and flat bottom cones for knights)
Chocolate Chips
Fruit Roll up wraps
Red Licorice Laces
12 cherries
Decorative Frosting (Your favorite colors)

Scoop 12 balls of Ice Cream into small bowls. Place the cones on the tops to make the
Princess Barbettes (Hats) or Knight's Helmets. Decorate with frosting. Use the red cherries
for noses. The Licorice Laces can be their lips, hair, Mustaches and beards. Fruit Roll up
wraps can be used as ribbon for the hats, feathers for the knights helmet. The Chocolate
chips make great eyes and other decorations. Get creative and make them all funny looking.


Apricot Clownfish
Ingredients:
Waxed paper
Cookie sheet
dozen dried whole apricots
12 mini chocolate chips
15 white candy melts
Microwavable bowl
Wooden spoon
Toothpick
(Makes 12 fish)

1. Line the cookie sheet with waxed paper.
2. For each fish, cut a triangle out of each apricot to make the mouth. Then to create a fish
shape, put that triangle on the back to make the tail.
3. Heat the candy melts in the microwave, following the directions on the package, and stir
them just until smooth.
4. Working with one fish at a time, dip the cut edge of the first apricot piece into the melted
candy. Then place the dipped piece back down on the waxed paper and push the second
apricot piece firmly up against it. Push it in place to create the fish's tail.
5. Once you've assembled all of the fish, use the tip of a toothpick to poke a hole in each one
where the eye will go. Place a mini chocolate chip, tip down, into each hole.
6. Place the tray in the refrigerator for a few minutes until the candy firms up again.

Hot Dog Mummies
Ingredients:
1 Package of Crescent Rolls
Bacon Bits
6 pre-cooked hot dogs
4 slices of american cheese

1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2: Cut 2 hotdogs in half first one way and then the other so that you have 8 pieces
3: Take crescent rolls our of can and unroll
4: Divide into four rectangles and close holes in the middle by pinching togeather
5: Put 1 slice of cheese on each rectangle
6: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of bacon bits on tio of each slice of cheese
7:Put 1 hot dog on the top and put one peice of hot dog on each side to make the body section
wider. Roll up.
8: Seal edges by pressing dough togeather.
9: Form Mummy Shapes
10:Make bandage marks with knife.
11: Put on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes
12: Poke eye holes with straw.
